SJM proudly presents “The Lisboa, Stories of Macau”, an immersive journey through over 500 years of the city’s unique multicultural heritage. Visitors will discover fascinating stories of historical figures, iconic landmarks, cultural traditions, rare artifacts and interactive games, all brought to life through state-of-the-art technology. Eight themed zones, each showcasing Macau’s iconic landmarks, guide you through the city’s distinctive East-meets-West culture and its remarkable transformation from a Ming-era trading port to its present status as a “World Centre of Tourism and Leisure.”

In addition, “The Lisboa Collection” presents “Chinese Treasure: Qing Dynasty Court Art,” an inaugural exhibition featuring exquisite Qing Dynasty court art from the treasured collections of SJM and STDM. Among the masterpieces on display are the Filled-in Gold and Lacquered Dragon Throne, Eggshell Porcelain Glazed Bowl with Coral Dragons Motif, and Spinach-green Dragon Jade Burner, all reflecting the flourishing artistic culture of the period.
